There were some awesome homemade pizzas in those threads.
Pizza joints, recipes...etc
Made this tonight with weakness' base recipe.
I add a little more honey, a little more yeast, and just a touch more olive oil.
His and others' recommendation that not simmering your sauce is key.
Mashed up whole tomaters with a little fresh basil and oregano and salt.
Refrigerated while the dough proofed.
I am struggling with my oven's temp and rack placement but that is minor.
Shit was awesome.
